Items can be purchased through my online store using PayPal. If you have a commission or individual request, please use the contact form on the site to pass the basic details of your query: I will then reply by email so that we can finalise the details and agree prices. If you pass a phone number, I can call you to discuss arrangements if necessary. I am happy to accept cash/cheque payments on request if appropriate.

If you make a commission which involves putting a name, message or similar onto the gift, I will need you to email me the exact details. I will then put these onto the item exactly as I receive them. I cannot be held responsible for any subsequently discovered spelling mistakes! I will specify if I require full payment or a specific % deposit in advance of any commission orders.

Online transactions are conducted through Paypal on their secure servers. I will not take your credit card details at any point. This provides the highest level of security, keeping your details safe.


I recycle packing materials wherever possible, especially boxes and large envelopes. I always wrap and protect the items I send as best as I can, and always send them by Recorded Delivery to ensure that they can be tracked. This will mean that you may have to have them sent to an address where they can be signed for, unless you don't mind a trip to your local postal depot! I cannot be held responsible for damage caused during despatch, but my prices include Recorded Delivery which insures the items to an appropriate cost level.

My online shop is still in the early stages and the P&P amounts for multiple item purchases do not give lower combined prices. I do try to keep my P&P prices as low as possible, but I will issue a partial refund through PayPal if a customer has paid too much on postage. Please feel free to contact me directly for a specific P&P quote if you wish prior to purchasing.

I am happy to ship items overseas and can provide P&P quotes to all destinations on request. If necessary, I will send an additional invoice to cover the excess amount of P&P owed when customers purchase through the online store.


I will try to post items which I have in stock as soon as possible after the date of purchase. If there is any delay, I will keep you informed by email.

When the item ordered is being personalised or custom made for a commission, the time taken to make your item must be taken into consideration. Always inform me if the item is required for a specific date when placing the order, i.e., for a wedding, birthday or anniversary. I will then be able to give you an idea of the date I can complete and post it before. I always keep customers up to date on a regular basis by email with the progress of larger commission pieces, including tracking numbers once despatched.


I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, email me initially to tell me what the issue is. I will then provide you with details for the return of the item, which must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that the item must be in its original condition. You can return your item by post. I am sorry that I cannot refund postage costs.

I also cannot provide refunds for personalised items, as they cannot be resold once names/messages have been added. It is for this reason that my commission process involves a great deal of communication between myself and the customer prior to the creation of the items.
